We offer delivery to mainland UK with a standard dispatch time of 3-5 days for small orders (plant stands, shelving, stools etc.) and 2-3 weeks for large orders (benches, cabinets, dining sets etc.). If you need your item(s) more urgently, please contact us prior to purchasing with us and we can discuss this with you.
Delivery costs are dependent on distance from our workshop in Diggle, Saddleworth (OL3 5LA). The exception to the below information is plant stands, which we deliver via 2nd Class Royal Mail free of charge.
To help keep these charges nice and simple, we have broken them down into delivery bands:
Band 1 – Within 10 miles FREE
Band 2 – Within 20 miles £20.00
Band 3 – Within 40 miles £35.00
Band 4 – Within 80 miles £70.00
Band 5 – Over 80 miles Price On Enquiry
To enquire about charges within band 5 delivery areas, please contact us before making your purchase and we will discuss this with you. Otherwise, select band 5 at checkout and we will contact you upon receiving your order.

You’re welcome to collect your order from our workshop in Diggle, Saddleworth (OL3 5LA) free of charge. Please call us on 07845 695 777 when placing your order to arrange this with us.
Please do not come without booking in a time slot ahead of time, as we cannot guarantee someone will be available to hand over your item(s) if not.

If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to do so free of charge. Any later than this will incur a fee as all products are made to order and therefore we have likely started working on your project already.
Should you wish to return your order after it has been delivered, you can process this by notifying us via our email address or contact form within 7 days from the day the item(s) have been delivered.
It is your responsibility to return non-faulty goods at your expense to our workshop in Diggle, Saddleworth. If you are unable to do so, then we may be able to collect the goods at an additional cost from the address the goods were delivered to. This will have to be arranged with us ahead of processing the return as this is not a guarantee.
You have a statutory duty to take care of the items and we request that you keep hold of any packaging in case of a return. The goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them, but if the original packaging is not available, we request that you return the products in a suitably protected way to ensure there is no damage in transit.
If you fail to take care of the item(s) before they are returned to us and this results to damage to the product, we retain the right to decline the return or charge a penalty fee which we feel is proportionate to the damage.
