How long does it take to get my product?
Our products are all made to order so it takes a little longer to dispatch your items than it would for a larger manufacturer. For all large products, either standard or bespoke, our lead time is between 2-3 weeks, whereas our smaller items such as plant stands are dispatched within 3-5 working days. Will my products have knots and cracks in it?
We only use kiln or air dried Oak or Pine for our products so any warping and cracking is kept to a minimum. While we do take every step to ensure products don’t distort over time, wood is a natural material and has a mind of its own sometimes so while settling in your home small cracks or splits may appear.
Knots on the other hand are a beautiful, naturally occurring feature which is very strong and make your product even more unique. These pop up quite randomly throughout wood so if you categorically don’t want one to appear in your end product, please do specify this during booking and we will try to avoid them where possible.

Do you have a showroom?
As all of our products are made for each customer we do not have a physical showroom to browse. We do however share photos on our Facebook, Instagram, product pages, and our bespoke orders page so you can see exactly how our products look. These are both taken by us and shared with us by our happy customers of the product in their home. We do not use filters or edit the colour so you should get an accurate view of the end product.

where do you deliver to?
Due to the size and weight of our products, we currently only deliver to mainland UK. We are always looking into new shipping solutions so hopefully we will be able to expand further afield one day!

is aftercare needed with your products?
In short, no! All of our products are treated with special stains to add water and fire resistance while also enhancing the beautiful natural grain. Accidental spills and splashes happen, simply wipe with a slightly damp clean cloth to wipe them away.
